Publication Process
The publication process begins with the preparation of the manuscript in line with the guidelines of the Journal of Drugs and Pharmaceutical Science (JDPS). Authors are strongly advised to carefully review the Authors’ Guidelines to understand the journal’s requirements and to ensure that their manuscripts are properly structured and formatted before submission.
Manuscript Submission
Manuscripts intended for publication in the Journal of Drugs and Pharmaceutical Science may be submitted through the journal’s online submission system or sent directly to the official journal email address at jdps@integrityresjournals.org.
Manuscript Acknowledgement
Authors who submit manuscripts via the online submission system will receive an automatic acknowledgement upon submission, while those who submit by email will receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours. Manuscripts that fall outside the scope of the journal may be recommended for transfer to a more suitable journal.
Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to the Journal of Drugs and Pharmaceutical Science are subjected to a rigorous three-stage peer-review process. The journal adopts a double-blind review system, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed, to ensure objectivity and fairness. Acceptance Certificate
Authors are promptly informed once their manuscripts are accepted for publication. The official Acceptance Certificate is issued and forwarded to the authors after confirmation of the specific volume and issue in which the article will appear.
Article Processing Charges
Following acceptance of a manuscript, the corresponding author is contacted to arrange payment of the Article Processing Charges through the journal’s online payment platform, with alternative payment options also available. The fee is determined based on the World Bank country income classification. For enquiries regarding fees, waivers, or payment procedures, authors should contact the Accounts Unit at accounts@integrityresjournals.org.
Proofs
After acceptance, the manuscript undergoes editorial editing before the galley proof is sent to the corresponding author for final review and approval. Authors are expected to return corrected proofs or grant final approval within 48 hours to avoid delays in publication.
Publication
Once the final proofs have been approved by the author(s), the article is scheduled for publication in the next available issue of the journal.
Publication Notification
Upon publication, the article is immediately made available on the journal’s website, and a formal publication notification, including links to the article and the issue, is sent to the corresponding author.
