Waiver Policy
We understand the financial constraints of some institutions and their researchers especially in developing countries. Thus, we have instituted a generous waiver system that encourages researchers to publish their research work in the Journal of Bioscience and Biotechnology Discovery irrespective of their financial background. We have instituted a charging system where authors are charged based on the economic power of their countries as classified by the World Bank. Hence, there are different waivers for authors from (1) LOW INCOME COUNTRIES (62% waiver), (2) LOWER MIDDLE-INCOME COUNTRIES (55% waiver) (3) UPPER-MIDDLE-INCOME ECONOMIES (25% waiver) and (4) HIGH-INCOME ECONOMIES (0% waiver). Authors should contact the Account Unit at accounts@integrityresjournals.org for any issues related to fee, payment and waiver. In extreme cases and after due consideration, it is also not unusual to grant full waivers to authors. However, authors should not take the advantages of our leniency.
