Publication Process
The publication process begins with the preparation of the manuscript in accordance with the guidelines of the Integrity Journal of Library and Information Science (IJLIS). Authors are strongly encouraged to review the Authors’ Guidelines carefully to ensure their manuscripts meet the journal’s requirements and are properly structured and formatted prior to submission.
Manuscript Submission
Manuscripts intended for publication in the Integrity Journal of Library and Information Science may be submitted through the journal’s online submission system or sent directly to the official journal email address: ijlis@integrityresjournals.org.
Manuscript Acknowledgement
Authors who submit manuscripts via the online system will receive an automatic acknowledgement immediately upon submission. Those who submit by email will receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours. Manuscripts that do not fall within the scope of the journal may be recommended for transfer to a more appropriate journal.
Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to the Integrity Journal of Library and Information Science undergo a rigorous three-stage peer-review process. The journal employs a double-blind review system, ensuring that the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential to promote fairness and objectivity. Acceptance Certificate
Authors are promptly notified once their manuscripts are accepted for publication. An official Acceptance Certificate is issued and forwarded to the authors after confirmation of the specific volume and issue in which the article will appear.
Article Processing Charges
Following acceptance, the corresponding author will be contacted to arrange payment of the Article Processing Charges (APCs) via the journal’s online payment platform. Alternative payment options are also available. Fees are determined based on the World Bank’s country income classification. For enquiries regarding fees, waivers, or payment procedures, authors should contact the Accounts Unit at: accounts@integrityresjournals.org.
Proofs
After acceptance, manuscripts undergo editorial editing before galley proofs are sent to the corresponding author for final review. Authors are expected to return corrected proofs or provide final approval within 48 hours to avoid delays in publication.
Publication
Once the final proofs have been approved, the article is scheduled for publication immediately the available issue of the journal.
Publication Notification
Upon publication, the article is immediately made available on the journal’s website. A formal publication notification, including direct links to the article and the issue, is sent to the corresponding author.
