About GJEES
Global Journal of Earth and Environmental Science (GJEES) (ISSN: 2636-6002) (DOI: 10.31248/GJEES) is an open access, peer-reviewed journal that publishes high quality research articles in all areas of Earth and Environmental Science. GJEES is committed to advancing and sharing creative, innovative and emerging ideas that will influence the earth and environmental policies and reduce the adverse effect of climate change across various communities around the world. Global Journal of Earth and Environmental Science publishes six issues in a year and all published articles are freely accessible on the journal website. The hard copies of the published articles will be made available to the interested authors on request.

The subject areas suitable for publication by GJEES include, but are not limited to the following fields: Environmental Science, Earth Science, Soil Science, Meteorology, Geography, Geology, Pollution (air, water and soil pollution), Hydrology, Soil Science, Forestry, Afforestation, Deforestation, Ecosystem, Ecology, Biodegradation, Climate Change, Desertification, Water Resources, Oceanography, Renewable energy, Biodiversity, Marine biology, Conservation, Mineral Science etc.
Types of Articles
The following types of articles are accepted for publication in the Global Journal of Earth and Environmental Science: Full Length Research, Review Articles, Editorial, Short Communication and Perspective. Other types of articles can also be accepted for publication in Global Journal of Earth and Environmental Science after the approval of the editor.
Publication Model
Global Journal of Earth and Environmental Science operates an Open Access Model of Publication. All published articles and e-books are freely accessible online without any restriction.
Review Policy
The journal operates a double blind review policy (i.e. the identity of the reviewers and authors are concealed from each other). Manuscripts are reviewed by editorial board members or other qualified persons in the academic field.
Article Processing Fee
The Article Processing Fee for the Global Journal of Earth and Environmental Science is flexible depending on the country of the author as classified by World Bank: LOW-INCOME ECONOMIES, LOWER-MIDDLE INCOME ECONOMIES, UPPER-MIDDLE-INCOME ECONOMIES and HIGH-INCOME ECONOMIES (click here). The corresponding author will be contacted to make the required payment as soon as their manuscript is accepted for publication by the editor. Hence, authors are only required to pay the Article Processing Fee only after their manuscript has been accepted by the editor. Author should note that the journal does not charge submission or other hiding fee, the Article Processing Fee covers all the charges. Authors should contact the Account Unit at accounts@integrityresjournals.org for any enquiry related to the Article Processing Fee.
Waiver Policy
Global Journal of Earth and Environmental Science grants 62, 55 and 25% automatic waiver to authors from LOW-INCOME, LOWER-MIDDLE INCOME, and LOWER-MIDDLE INCOME ECONOMIES, respectively as classified by the World Bank. Authors are encouraged to visit the Waiver Policy page to see if they are eligible for a waiver.
